  1. Rinse the quinoa briefly in water to get rid of the bitter coating and drain.
  2. Add coconut milk and coconut. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes on low or until liquid has been absorbed. Salt to taste.
