  • Cook

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Brush mold (or muffin tin) with oil or butter
  2. In a small bowl, combine first four (wet) ingredients. Beat well
  3. In a larger bown, combine remaining (dry) ingredients
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients until moist. DO NOT BEAT
  5. Fill greased molds 2/3 to 3/4 full
  6. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until lightly browned
  7. Remove from oven, serve warm
