  1. Prepare the rice
  2. Cook the collard greens, red pepper and minced garlic in the oil on low heat for 10 minutes
  3. Add the soy sauce, nuts, Ginger and lemon. Simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Serve the stir fry with the rice on the side
