"This is a good appetizer for 4 to 5 people. It tastes like mini-pizzas. Mmmmmmmm!!"

  1. Start with a glass or ceramic bowl that you can put in the barbecue. It will be permanently stained, so let your mom know.
  2. Next cut one box (or two) of grape tomatoes in halves and put them in the bowl.
  3. With all of the tomatoes in the bowl, mix in three tablespoons of olive oil, one tablespoon of Italian Seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Next, make room in the bowl for a big block of feta cheese (about 1/3 of the block that comes from the feta from Whole Foods).
  5. Place the bowl in the barbecue for about 15 to 20 minutes on high.
  6. When it is done, take it out of the barbecue and serve it with Stacy’s Multi-grain Pita Chips.
  7. Be careful, it is super hot. Let it cool before you eat it. I burned my mouth, so watch out.
  8. This recipe is fantastic!
