  1. In a bowl, blend in together the sugar, milk, eggs and oil.
  2. Then, to the same bowl, add the flour, salt and baking powder. Mix well with a spoon until it becomes sticky and doughy.
  3. Heat 2 cups of oil in a pot or deep frying pan
  4. Damp a little water on your hands, grab a piece of the dough and shape it as a ball then drop into the oil, for 2 or 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. After done frying, drain them on a paper towel and then roll them in glaze or icing sugar.
