  • Cook

  1. Mix well; Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (or preferably overnight).
  2. Heat oven to 350F.
  3. Roll into balls the size of small walnuts (Small Stainless Steel Scoop by Pampered Chef is perfect size for measuring dough)
  4. Roll balls in additional sugar. DO NOT FLATTEN.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes at 350F.
  6. Note: If using stoneware for baking, increase baking time to 9-11 minutes per batch.
  7. Let cool 2 minutes on sheet/stone and remove to cooling rack.
