  1. Dissolve both gelatines in boiling water. Beat in sour cream with a wire whisk until smooth. Stir in shebet until smooth. If necessary, chill till particially set. Add relish. Turn into mold.
  2. Cover and refergerate 6 hrs. until firm. Unmold makes 6- 10 servings.
