  1. Use ungreasd cookie sheets. Cream together butter and sugars. Add egg, vanilla and beat well. stir in Vegetable oil. Add oats, corn flakes and coconut. Mix. combine flour and baking soda an stir in nuts and/or chocolate chips. drop tsp of dough onto sheet and flatten with fork (dip in water). bake about 12 min or browned. Allow to cool and store in airtight container.
