  1. Dissolve jello in hot water and pour into 13x9 glass dish.
  2. Stir in strawberries and pineapple. Place in refrigerator to set for a few hours.
  3. Mix topping ingredients with electric mixer until smooth. Pour over jello mixture.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
