  1. Thaw potatoes (let sit out or thaw in microwave)
  2. Mix all ingredients in large crock-pot.
  3. Cook on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
  4. For the baking pan version, mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Mix 2 cups crushed cornflakes with 1/2 stick melted butter and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes (until bubbly and cornflake topping is browned).
