  1. Heat milk in saucepan, add butter& water. Cool to lukewarm.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  3. Add the flour, salt, beaten egg, honey, dry yeast and flavorings.
  4. Beat with a mixer for 3 minutes or mix with floured hands or a wooden spoon until all ingredients are well blended. Cover and place in a warm spot to rise for about 1 hour.
  5. Mix down and put in a 9" or 10" tube pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes.
