  1. Sieve raspberries to get seedsd out. Combine puree, water, and sugar in a pan and boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add pear. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add cranberries & lemon zest & juice. Simmer without stirring until the berries begin to pop.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the Amaretto.
  5. Make ahead and refrigerate overnight before serving.
