  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix together well with mixer.
  3. Pour into two medium loaf pans. (I used a bundt pan.) Use toothpick to test and when cake pulls away from sides of pan, it's done (45 minutes to 1 hour depending on pan).
  4. Glaze:
  5. Boil this for 2 minutes and cool 5 minutes, then punch holes in the top of cake with a straw and pour syrup over the top. (two loaf cakes might work better than the bundt cake because I had so much syrup that filled the holes ok but drizzled down the sides and in the middle hole and pooled there. As it cools, it gels solid. I drizzled the syrup in several layers and covered loose-ly.)
