  1. Bring water or broth to a boil,add salt.When water is boiling add the cornmeal,stirring continuously with a long wooden spoon.Turn the heat to mediun. Cook the polenta stirring frequently,for about 15 minutes,until it comes away from the sides of your pot.Rinse a deep dish in cold water and pour the polenta into it,and leave it to cool.Cut in slices,spoon hot spaghetti sauce over the Polenta.
