Heat oils together in large dutch oven. Brown chicken on all sides. Drain oil and take off the heat.
Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken, cover and bake for 45 min-1 hr, or until internal temp reaches 180 degrees F. Turn chicken once or twice during cooking to coat with sauce. When done, chicken can be removed and sauce thickened with 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed in 1/4 c water, if desired.
Serve with rice, noodles or roasted potatoes and steamed veggies.
