  1. Brown meat in large cast iron skillet. Drain.
  2. Stir in beef broth, tomatoes, onion soup mix, hot sauce, chile powder, and cumin. Bring to boil.
  3. Mix in peppers and rice.
  4. Cover and simmer on low heat 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
  5. Top rice mixture with cheese.
  6. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until melted.
