  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Lightly spray 2 loaf or 4 mini Loaf pan
  3. In a large mizing bowl beat eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugar. Fold in zucchini.
  4. In a second smaller mixing bowl shift together flour,salt,baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix by spoon oatmeal and cocoanut.
  5. Now slowly combine flour mixture in with the zucchini. Fold in the blueberries and nuts.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes and cool for 20.
