  1. In a small bowl mix the orange marmalade, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic, red pepper flakes, and fresh squeezed orange juice. Stir until well blended. *I like to let it sit in the refrigerator while I prep the chicken.
  2. Wash your chicken breast and then trim the fat off and cut into 2 inch chunks.
  3. Dredge the chicken in the flour and shake off excess. Discard the rest.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and throw in green onions, stir a bit. Throw in chicken chunks and brown on all sides. Do this for about 15 mintues or until chicken is cooked evenly.
  5. Once your chicken is cooked pour in your sauce and toss chicken. Let simmer for another 20 minutes covered.
