Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs and sugars for 3 minutes.
Add extracts and melted butter. Mix well.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry mixture to wet mixture until just blended.
Fold in 1/2 cup of the almonds and all of the chocolate. Pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining almonds on top. Bake for 25 minutes or until just starting to brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
