  1. All bread machine ingredients into the pan. Choose dough, walk away.
  2. Once cycle is complete, preheat oven to 450.
  3. Prepare a 5 cup bowl with 4 cups of hot water. Add the baking soda and stir to dissolve.
  4. Divide the dough into 12-18 pieces, they will double in size once cooked.
  5. Place on a sprayed stoneware pan. Once all formed, dip completely into magic rise water and place back on the sheet. Once all have been dipped, sprinkle a bit of salt on each top.
  6. 8 minutes at 450. Remove from pan and if desired dip in butter then shake in the cinnamon sugar mix.
  7. Try and have leftovers.
