  • Cook

  1. FOR BROWNIE BITES:
  2. Spray (2) mini muffin tins with vegetable spray (you will only need 36 of them sprayed)
  3. Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 of the way full
  4. Bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
  5. Allow to cool in pans for for about 30 minutes
  6. Run a knife around the edges to remove
  7. Cool completely before frosting
  8. PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING
  9. Combine all ingredients
  10. Mix with electric mixer till smooth
  11. Can be put on with knife or piped on
