  1. Brown ground beef, bell pepper and onion together. Drain off fat. Mix together with next 7 ingredients, through seasonings. Pour into greased 13x9 dish. Mix corn bread mix according to package directions. Pour over beef mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until cornbread topping is done.
