  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take all pie crust ingredients and kneed together until a dough is formed. This dough should fit perfectly in a 9 inch pie pan. Grease pie pan and fit dough into pan pressing firmly enough to cover well and create a nice crust. Take a Fork and puncture multiple wholes in the base of the crust ( about 10-15 will do). This will help to keep air bubbles from forming in crust while baking. If you happen to see a few rise while baking dont be alarmed let them be and they will deflate after you remove the pie crust from the oven. Place pie pan on middle rack and bake for 12-15 min or until light golden brown. Pull pan and let rest for a few min before adding other ingredients.
  2. Turn oven down to 350. Fully cook bacon in medium pan over medium heat, then mince. Place bacon in the bottom of pie crust. Top bacon with shredded cheddar cheese. Top cheese with roughly chopped spinach.
  3. Combine in a large bowl or measuring vessel your dairy product of choice and add both eggs, salt, and nutmeg. Wisk until egg yolks are broken and mixed thoroughly. Pour mixure into pie pan evenly.
  4. Place quiche in oven on middle rack and cook for 45 min make sure the Royale (egg and dairy mixture) has set before pulling.
  5. Take out. Let rest for 10 min uncovered. Then serve and enjoy!
