  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Blend milk, Crema Mexicana and chipotle chilies.
  3. Layer cooked shrimp in baking dish then cover with cheese, chipotle and cream mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese begins to brown around edges. Serve over rice and sprinkle with cilantro.
