  1. Combine milk and garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Lower and simmer 10 mins.
  4. Strain the milk into a small bowl, and reserve the garlic.
  5. Combine olive oil and butter in a medium saucepan, heat on medium until butter is melted.
  6. Transfer to a blender with the garlic, 2 TBSP of the milk, anchovies and pepper to taste, and blend well.
