  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, Add brussel sprouts, and cook for 5 minutes then drain well.
  3. Transfer boiled sprouts to a baking dish mixing with Oil, Vinegar, Salt, and Pepper
  4. Bake 20 minutes, stirring in some herbes de Provence EVOO when serving.
