  1. Cut pork into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Put flour/ salt and pepper into a bowl
  3. Beat eggs into another bowl
  4. Coat pork first when egg and then flour
  5. Fry in oil until brown
  6. Set Aside
  7. Sauce
  8. In separate pot
  9. Add celery pepper, pineapple juice into a pot
  10. Simmer 15 minutes
  11. Add 1 cup water dissolve chicken cube
  12. mix into pot Continue to simmer
  13. Add corn starch and sugar stir
  14. Add vinegar, soy sauce Cook on low five minutes
  15. Add pork to vegetables and sauce
  16. Cook on low for 5 minutes
  17. Serve with rice
