  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. Prepare shells according to directions
  3. 3. Mix cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in lg bowl.
  4. 4. Add Shells to cheese mix.
  5. 5. Saute onion in butter until soft. Add garlic, tomatoes, sauce, oregano and pepper. Add salt/Mrs. Dash to taste.
  6. 6. Pour onion/tomato mixture into cheese mixture. Mix well.
  7. 7. Spray 9 x 13 in pan with non-stick coating.
  8. 8. Add shells and cheese mixture to pan.
  9. 9. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
  10. 10. Bake for 20 min. or until bubbling.
