  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Combine thyme, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, & pepper into a small bowl. Sprinkle chicken pieces with half of the spice mixture.
  3. In a large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp of olive oil on medium high heat. Brown chicken pieces for about 5 minutes until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  4. Add carrots with a little more olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add edamame. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Add chicken stock, the other half of the spice mixture, and the rest of the olive oil. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  7. Add chicken back to skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked/drained pasta with a little of the pasta water.
  8. Stir, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes.
