  1. 1. In a frying pan, cook the ground beef until it's no longer pink. Drain and place in crock pot.
  2. 2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  3. 3. Cook on low for at least four hours to meld flavors. (I have done up to eight hours with no ill effects.)
