Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all ingredients in bowl for meatballs. Form into 2 inch balls, and place in a 9X13 greased casserole dish. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix up ingredients for the sauce, toast the peanuts, and make the ramen noodles. Remove the meatballs from the fridge and pour the sauce over. Bake for 40 minutes. Make a bed of ramen noodles in a bowl, top with 1 1/2 cups of meatball mixture and top with crushed peanuts.
