  1. mix apple cider vinegar with beaten egg in a bowl.
  2. Blend in bananas, vanilla, honey and coconut oil with the egg mixture. set aside.
  3. mix almond flour with spices, salt and baking powder in a large bowl.
  4. Add egg mixture to flour mixture, mixing till well blended.
  5. Place batter in a med sized bread pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
  6. place in a 300 degree oven for approximately 1 hour. cover with foil once it browns so that the top does not burn.
  7. Bread is done when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. allow to cool for 10 min on a wire rack before removing from pan.
