  1. Cook the noodles in a large cooking pan in boiling water with oil and salt. While the noodles are cooking, mix together in a medium pan the sour cream, the cream cheese and the tuna, until it boils.
  2. When the noodles are soft, drain it and mix it with the sauce. Top with grated cheese (optional).
