  1. Preparations: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom and up all sides of 2- 9x5 loaf pans...set aside.
  2. Streusel Topping: Using your food processor will make the streusel topping very quick and easy to make. Combine VERY cold butter pieces (after I dice up the butter I stick it into the freezer for about 10 minutes to get very cold), flour, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves into the food processor and pulse until well blended. After well mixed, pour into bowl and then add the oats...mix together and set aside.
  3. Bread: Combine all bread ingredients except for pecans and mix with electric mixer on Med/High speed for 5 minutes until thick and fluffy. Fold in chopped pecans. Pour 1 cup batter into each pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of streusel evenly ontop of bread batter and pat down very lightly. Divide the remaining batter between the two pans spreading evenly and the remaining streusel ontop...again pat top layer of streusel down into the batter very lightly. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool for 10-15 minutes and release sides and remove from pans. Continue cooling on baking racks.
