Caramel-Vanilla Coffee Syrup w/Stevia

"I am a caramel iced coffee addict. I switched from sugar-free caramel coffee syrup to regular coffee syrup because of all the negative effects from artificial sweeteners. The regular coffee syrup tastes great, but isn't so great for the waistline. I did a bit of research trying to find a recipe for stevia-based, caramel syrup without much luck. I'm pretty fussy about my coffee and I think this recipe turned out great!"

  1. Combine ingredients, bring to boil, reduce heat to medium and continue to gently boil for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool.
