  1. First Make the Harissa Sauce -
  2. in a small bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. (this can be made the night before)
  3. Mashed Beans -
  4. heat the beans in some water, drain them , add the oil, and salt and pepper and whip in a food processor. Set aside
  5. Grilled Portobello Mushrooms -
  6. Preheat Grill. Brush each mushroom on both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on grill gill side up, and frequently baste with veg stock. shouldn't take longer than 4 minutes on each side.
  7. Re-warm the bean mash and top each mushroom with 1/2 cup then 2 good sized tablespoons of the Harissa sauce!
