  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Cook onion and ground pork until evenly brown, then drain grease. Season with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Parboil potatoes. Then mix into the meat and onions.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and chubritsa.
  5. Add enough water to just barely cover. Reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
  6. Pour mixture into 9x13 inch baking dish, and spread evenly.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
  8. In a small bowl, mix together the eggs, baking soda, milk, flour and yogurt. Then pour, and spread evenly over meat mixture.
  9. Continue cooking for 10-15 minutes or until top is golden brown and fluffy.
