Cook the egg noodles. Heat skillet on medium/high heat, add 1 tblsp oil (I prefer olive). season steak with salt and pepper, cook until browned, 1-2 minutes per side, then, set the meat to the side. Heat the onion, white wine, green pepper, mushrooms add remaining oil cook on medium/high heat for 5-6 minutes, or until onion and pepper are tender. Add broth, worcestershire sauce, mustard, heat for an additional 4-5 minutes. Add the beef, sour cream and any remaining ingredients and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Pour over noodles, garnish and serve!!!
