  1. Bring rice and almond milk to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until rice is cooked and has absorbed most of the almond milk, stirring occasionally (about 45 minutes).
  2. Once it's done, stir raisins, vanilla extract, almond extract, cinnamon, coconut nectar and almonds into rice and serve warm.
