  1. Beat eggs. Fold in rest of wet ingredients. Stir together dry ingredients. Fold dry ingredients into egg mixture. Line or spray muffin tins. Pour into 12 muffin tins. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until firm when pressed.
