  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet with the onion and green pepper until cooked, i prefer to cook by temperature, 165*.
  2. Drain (return to cooking pot large enough to accomodate).
  3. Add all ingredients and simmer until ready to eat. I let mine simmer for 4-5 hours on Low, or in the crockpot on low will work just as well.
