  1. Over medium heat, sautee shallot in oil until soft.
  2. Add mushrooms, cook until soft (about 5 minutes). Remove mushrooms from pan and set aside.
  3. Add garlic and more oil if needed to pan and sautee until fragrant.
  4. Add wine, broth, salt & pepper, and minced herbs.
  5. Simmer until reduced by half.
  6. Return mushrooms to sauce and simmer.
  7. Add butter & swirl until combined.
  8. Serve.
