  1. Preheat oven to 400. While preheating oven, heat skillet to medium heat and add unsalted butter. Cut chicken breast in half, lengthwise, add to skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper, sear for 2-3 minutes per side. When chicken turns a golden brown, turn off and set pan aside. In the meantime, add soup, milk and parsley to a small bowl, mixing well.
  2. Cook stuffing using the package directions, when stuffing is done add to 9x12 casserole dish (instead of allowing to set). Add chicken breast to stuffing. Top dish with soup mixture, covering entire dish. If there are any drippings leftover in the pan from the skillet you can add that to the casserole dish. Cover dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover dish and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Sprinkle dish with paprika if desired.
