May we suggest



  1. Preheat grill for direct heat cooking.
  2. Place sausage on an oiled grill rack, set 4" to 5" over medium heat.
  3. Grill, with lid closed, using the direct grill method, turning with tongs, until cooked throughout, about 7 to 9 minutes
  4. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F
  5. Meanwhile, stir hot sauce into blue cheese dressing
  6. Toast rolls, cut side down, over indirect heat for 1-2 minutes or just until warm
  7. Remove rolls from grill
  8. Spread cut side of rolls with blue cheese dressing.
  9. Place sausages in rolls.
  10. Top with lettuce leaves and tomato.
  11. Lightly sprinkle each sandwich with blue cheese crumbles.
