  1. Heat fully cooked breakfast sausages until browned in a frying pan. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, blend milk and egg until well mixed but not foamy.
  3. Mix in the flour, egg white, and honey; batter should be thin.
  4. In a medium skillet, add canola oil and heat over medium heat.
  5. Pour batter into skillet and cook crepe until done, about one minute.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter until batter is gone.
  7. Roll each breakfast sausage in a crepe.
  8. Serve with Blueberry syrup or your favorite topping.
