  1. Brown the ground pork and set aside.
  2. Saute the coleslaw mix until crisp-tender.
  3. Mix the cooked pork, cooked coleslaw mix, all spices, and coconut aminos in a large bowl until well mixed.
  4. Open the package of eggroll wrappers and cover with wet towel to keep from drying out.
  5. Take one eggroll wrapper and lay it on the workspace.
  6. Place 2 heaping Tbsp of the pork/coleslaw mixture near one of the corners of the egg roll wrapper.
  7. Fold the closest corner over the filling, then fold the left and right corners over the filling.
  8. Wet the tip of the top corner with a few drops of water, then roll the filling towards the top corner, forming the eggroll.
  9. Continue making eggrolls until all eggroll wrappers are used.
  10. Fry the rolled eggrolls in hot lard for 1-2 minutes on each side, just until brown.
  11. Enjoy!
