Leftover Turkey and Stuffing Strata with Mushrooms

  1. Saute chopped celery, onion, mushrooms and poultry seasoning in oil and 2 Tablespoons of butter. Add to a large bowl and allow to cool.
  2. To the same large bowl add leftover stuffing, leftover turkey and cheeses.
  3. Mix Thoroughly
  4. In a separate bowl whisk together milk and gravy then add in 6 well beaten eggs, until the mixture is a homogeneous custard mixture.
  5. Pour custard mixture over the vegetables,turkey, stuffing and cheeses in the large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Cover, and let sit in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight.
  6. Pour into a a 9X13 inch greased baking pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 min or until the stuffing is colden brown on top and cooked through.
