  1. Clean and gut fish.
  2. Create salsa in small bowl by combining oil, garlic, herbs, seasoning, chili and lemon.
  3. Smother over fish and grill for 3 minutes per side on medium high heat. Braise fish with pan oil frequently as it grills.
  4. Serve with lemon slice and salad combining rocket, arugula, sorrel, 3 parts oil to 1 part lemon juice and salt and pepper.
