  1. Preheat oven to 230 degrees celcius.
  2. In a blender add brown sugar and eggs together until silky. Add milk and chopped banana whizzing gently and quickly to puree banana whilst still leaving chunks.
  3. In a mixing bowl combine self raising flour and baking powder. Add banana mixture and stir well until mixture is smooth consistency. Gently fold in raspberry.
  4. Butter two loaf trays or single square baking dish. Smooth top and bake for 45 min.
  5. Serve warm or toasted with butter or with fresh cream and fruit sauce.
