  1. In a large wok or frying pan add a tbsp of sesame oil and a tbsp of olive oil
  2. Add 1 bag of peeled tiger shrimps and onions and stir
  3. Add king mushrooms, green pepper and garlic
  4. Stir again, add olive oil if needed
  5. Add ginger and stir
  6. Pour oyster sauce to taste with 1/2 cup of water
  7. Let sit for 5 min then stir
  8. Add cooked noodles and beans prouts
  9. Mix the noodles into the ingredients and let sit for 2 min and mix again
